Arrogant Meaning and Definition

"Arrogant" is an adjective that describes a person who displays an exaggerated sense of their own importance, abilities, or superiority, often to the point of belittling or looking down upon others. Arrogant individuals tend to have an inflated self-image and may come across as haughty, overbearing, or condescending in their interactions with others. Their behavior can be seen as disrespectful and off-putting because they often believe they are better than or more knowledgeable than those around them. Arrogance is generally considered a negative trait and is not well-received in social or professional settings.
