Where is Heart located?
The heart is located in the chest, slightly left of the center. It is situated between the lungs, behind the sternum (breastbone), and is enclosed in a protective sac called the pericardium. The heart is positioned in such a way that the majority of its mass is tilted towards the left side of the chest.
